Storage room prices are determined by the size of the room required. Our team will work with you to calculate the size of space you require for your goods/possessions and as the rental charge is calculated according to the floor area of the storage room, we strive to rent you the smallest room for your requirements. price you pay is determined by the size of the room you need.
We will help you estimate the storage space required, and provide guidance on ways of stacking your goods/possessions to maximise the room space.

The security of your goods/possessions is of paramount importance to the service we provide. We provide 24 hour monitored CCTV security and a state of the art key fob entry system. Access to our storage rooms is strictly controlled – as you are the only person with authorised access to your room.
You will need your own padlock for your storage room, as you are the sole key holder for the facility and will be responsible for the room to be securely locked when you are not there.

Our short term rental period is one calendar month. Our long term rental is as long as you require storage space.
The price we quote you includes VAT. You will need a padlock to secure your room (which we can sell you) and your goods will need to be insured whilst they are in storage – and again we can quote for this. A refundable security deposit of one calendar month is payable at the commencement of your storage term and a deposit for your key fob is required – both being refunded when you vacate your storage room (subject to terms and conditions).
We’ll invoice you on a calendar monthly basis, payable in advance. However, we only ask for fourteen days notice before the agreement anniversary so you can vacate your room and we refund to you any unused storage charges.
We accept credit and debit cards, cash and cheques (4 days for cheques to clear).
You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry (during office opening hours) providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your agreement. Two forms of ID are required one of which must be a photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a utility bill less than 3 months old. Payment of a deposit and the first invoice must be made prior to moving in with cleared funds. Please check with the store team.

Our storage rooms are accessible from 7am to 8pm, 365 days a year. You will have a key fob to access the storage facility and your own key for your padlock to access your own storage room.
We have trolleys available free of charge for you to move your goods/possessions in an out of your storage room
